Job Description:

Create future vision architecture to expedite delivery of new products and services to market while meeting company's cost and risk reduction objectives. Outline current and future vision enterprise architecture, including traceability from business and IT strategies to suggested technologies. Coordinate with architects and business experts across IS to translate key strategic objectives into actionable and governable roadmaps and designs. Analyze business and technology challenges, assess costs, and suggest solutions. Design and execute proofs-of-concept for critical enterprise capabilities, including building business case with costs, benefits, and efficiency measures. Ensure development and incorporation of business architecture with other layers. Relocation to various work locations.

  1. Computer Network Architect
Experience: Four years of relevant work experience. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.A.

Job profile:

Design, develop, and test network systems and routers using knowledge of hardware and software systems. Modify and debug network systems as needed. Prepare reports and correspondence to document systems. Install, integrate and configure new or additional equipment. Configure and troubleshoot various router protocols. Isolate various circuit problems. Confer with programmers to obtain information regarding troubleshooting of physical infrastructure and conduct testing on various interfaces. Debug problems within all layers of existing systems. Responsible for ensuring customer’s needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Experience with EIGRP/OSPF/BGP, LAN (6500, 4500, 3750, 3560 series switches), MPLS & Multicast.

  1. Senior Finance Manager
Requirements: • Masters Business Administration, with a major in Finance. • Two (2) years experience in a mid to senior level financial services role • Must be Proficient with Excel, Access, SQL Server, Visual Basic, Oracle PeopleSoft, Hyperion Essbase. • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles • Excellent technical expertise in regards to GAAP and SEC reporting • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections • Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis. • Strong research and project management skills as well as presentation skills. • Excellent communications, organizational and time management skills. • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.

Job Duties:

• Own the monthly, quarterly and year-end close process, including year-end audit and the preparation of internal / external consolidated financial statements • Responsible for revenue recognition, general accounting, accounts payable, payroll and fixed assets. • Serve as primary interface with external audit firm, preparing and managing the preparation of all schedules required for annual audit and periodic review of quarterly financial statements. • Review new contracts to determine appropriate accounting treatment, and to ensure that all necessary data flows, reports, and processes are in place so that revenues, expenses, and reserves can be appropriately recorded for all new programs. • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of Company’s systems of internal financial and disclosure controls. • Lead the development and implementation of new systems, processes, reports and controls to meet the Company’s evolving business models. • Manage staff’s day-to-day responsibilities, including monitoring and analyzing department work to develop more efficient procedures / workflow and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • Support the VP of Finance with various analyses and ad hoc projects, including the preparation of quarterly audit committee presentations.
